Be Happy

Ecclesiastes 3:11-14 (NCV)

God has given them a desire to know the future. He does everything just right and on time, but people can never completely understand what he is doing. So I realize that the best thing for them is to be happy and enjoy themselves as long as they live. God wants all people to eat and drink and be happy in their work, which are gifts from God. I know that everything God does will continue forever. People cannot add anything to what God has done, and they cannot take anything away from it. God does it this way to make people respect him.

With God, we know our lives have the meaning He desires. We are positioned and we will blossom in what He calls out in us.

Each day is a gift to be used with enjoyment. What is it that God wants us to do today? We may not be living our dream, nevertheless, how does God want us to attend to our day and how does He want us to enjoy it?

It's important we choose to love what we're doing.

It’s good to know that such a good God has the final say in all things and we can live each day in reverent thankfulness that His Presence never leaves us. He is always with us. He will always guide us if we ask Him.

This is the day the Lord has brought about. We will be happy and rejoice in it.

If we acknowledge God has given us our lives, we know that every day is a gift from Him. He wants us to make the most of each gift, whether it's wrapped in sunshine or rain. When we look for ways to enjoy our day, be happy in what we do, or look for ways God gives meaning in our circumstance, we are able to see each moment as a gift from God.
