Be Happy

Ecclesiastes 3:11-14 (NCV)

God has given them a desire to know the future. He does everything just right and on time, but people can never completely understand what he is doing. So I realize that the best thing for them is to be happy and enjoy themselves as long as they live. God wants all people to eat and drink and be happy in their work, which are gifts from God. I know that everything God does will continue forever. People cannot add anything to what God has done, and they cannot take anything away from it. God does it this way to make people respect him.

With God, we know our lives have the meaning He desires. We are positioned and we can blossom in whatever He is calling out in us.

Each day is a gift to be used with enjoyment. What is it that God is wanting us to do today? How is He wanting us to attend to it and how is He wanting us to enjoy it?

It’s good to know that such a good God has the final say in all things and we can live each day in reverent thankfulness that His Presence never leaves us. He is always with us. He will always guide us if we ask Him.

I pray we will enjoy this day and be happy in what we do, that we would see each moment as a gift from God.
