If someone tells you you're a loser, don't listen. Don't even take a moment to wonder. We don't wear other people's clothes, so don't wear their thoughts either.
They're telling their story.
If someone has spoken against you, whether to your face or behind your back, don't spend time thinking on it. Reject it and keep moving forward. They're telling their story.
If someone tells you you're too this or too that, it might feel hurtful, but don't receive it. They're telling their story. Don't make it yours.
If someone tells you that you have not done enough or been enough, don't listen. Only you know what you've sacrificed and what it's taken from you. God promises to restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25).
If people can't accept you, it's their story that's limiting. Don't let them limit you.
Recognise your true value and embrace it. You know the truth of your life. Live your story and don't stop. You are made for good things, every day.
You were made in the image of God. If you've accepted Jesus Christ as Saviour, you have an inheritance that is rich in Him. You are created in Christ Jesus.
When you make comments about other people, take the most positive view possible. Think about whose story you're telling first and whether you should be telling it.

For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
Joel 2:24-26 (NIV)
The threshing floors will be filled with grain; the vats will overflow with new wine and oil. “I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten—the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm—my great army that I sent among you. You will have plenty to eat, until you are full, and you will praise the name of the Lord your God, who has worked wonders for you; never again will my people be shamed.
Jeremiah 1:8 (NLT)
And don’t be afraid of the people, for I will be with you and will protect you. I, the Lord, have spoken!”
