If I am restless, anxious, agitated, if I’m allowing thoughts to rule me, if I’m being thoughtless or careless, I know I’m not quiet enough to be responsive to the calm, peaceful, direct knowledge of the Holy Spirit in me, gifted to me.

If you have a cluster of grapes, and you find some bad grapes amongst the good grapes, do you throw the whole cluster away? The good grapes need to be saved because blessing can still be found from those.

Partial truth is no truth at all. Truths are foundational principles, that stabilise life and society. To believe that we need “consensus over truth”, as was posited by the head of an influential news outlet in the United States in 2025, opposes truth itself, is misleading, and destabilising.

To support our healing process, we need to carry healing appropriately. Healing requires continual adjustments to aid recovery and strength.

How do we rise from that bed of tiredness and embrace each day? Especially, when our tiredness has become weariness?

2 Chronicles 16:9 For the eyes of the Lord roam throughout the earth, so that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His. 

When God fills us with His Spirit, He infuses His life into our being, making dead the destructive tendencies in our thoughts and our experiences. As we recognise and embrace the love that He pours into our hearts, He fuses new connections of growth, acceptance, and understanding. Layer by layer, we are set free.

We can recognise what’s right within ourselves, without anyone teaching us, although we need to recognise it or we excuse ourselves. God created our hearts and our conscience to know Him and recognise Him.

Do you know that sin is a burden and it is too much for us to bear? We don't always recognise sin but it still weighs heavily on us until we recognise what we’re like.

Where you abide is where you encounter the outcome of your experiences.

Every day we decide what to put on. We choose the colour, shape, fit and practicality of our clothes for the purpose of our activity. We make ourselves ready. The bible gives us spiritual armour to make us ready every day to meet spiritual opposition.

This message we carry doesn’t usually consider properly that when we die to self, we die to chaos and disorder.

Autonomy has its roots in separateness. It is fundamentally a desire after self first. How can we have autonomy and worship God?

I receive by faith Galatians 3:9; that I am blessed, my son is blessed, and you are blessed if you believe that you are made righteous through Jesus Christ, by faith.

Sometimes, we wake up and we’re not rested, or we don’t feel at peace. On those mornings, more than any, come to the Lord, hold out your cup and ask Him to fill it.

Where does truth begin? Can it begin within ourselves or must it begin externally? What do we know about truth?

There is fear in insecurity, in jealousy, in competitiveness, worry and anxiety, even some anger. Fear strips away power; dissolves away love; eats away at sound thinking. Fear is an enemy to power, love and sound judgment.

We are to be transparent carriers of His grace. Called and fit for a purpose to produce righteousness, to be unhindered by anything of the past, anything of this world, saved from all of that to complete the good things He created in advance for us to do.

I need to be aware of how God can go ahead of me and complete, purify and perfect in me everything I am not on my own.

Philippians 4:19 (AMP) And my God will liberally supply (fill until full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
