Let's Do Launch

Solid answers for living through any situation in life can be found in the Bible. Instead of fighting His place in life, it is better to find our place in Him. His Word brings illumination for life, direction, power, and comfort.

God has proven Himself faithful down through the centuries and His faithfulness never changes. Should we be so proud as to turn away from such a gift? God is love and altogether just. He reaches out to anyone who looks to Him and believes.

If I am my own conscience controller, I fall into the trap of thinking I’m either quite good really, or not good enough. Neither marks true repentance, forgiveness, or grace.

Human beings need constructs to build their lives on. Life constructs are like anchors that hold us steady. They are like maps that help direct us. So, it’s important to base our lives on truth that is unchanging.

No other power can dispossess God's power. He is the Most High. His shadow carries protection and defence. Knowing I can live in His shelter allows me to let my fear expire.

Psalm 37:23-24 The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand.

If Jesus were physically in the room with me (He is spiritually so it amounts to the same thing) would I act differently?

The underlying issue of contentment is how we approach our needs being met. Mostly, we try and change the circumstances to meet our needs.

I am a new creation. My new self makes new decisions, functions with new understanding, sets new boundaries, celebrates life in a new way.

Not only is it important to not speak too quickly, we need to back up what we say we believe and what we declare we know by how we live.

Know who you’re taking with you to where God is calling. Know who believes in you and reminds you who you are and where you’re going.

God is watching to see what we do with what we have in our hand, and with what heart we do it with.

Faith expressing itself through love is a lifestyle of choices each day. Even when we don’t fully understand, we can fully follow.

Godliness is a virtuous inner shaping toward an aspiration that reflects Christ in us.

We must live in the present with hope for the next stage of our future even while we settle and make meaning where we are.

Recognise our limitations and be thankful that God doesn’t have those limitations. Recognise people’s blunders without blaming God.

I will trust and be in repose because I know He has my life, and the life of my family, in His hands.

Pursuing God in all that we do, receiving His love for us, loving Him and finding our purpose in Him, that is the meaning of life.

If you lost everything, what would be the one thing you have to hang on to? Where does your true purpose lie?

Am I a sinner saved by grace? Or am I the righteousness of Christ? Is it accurate, or even possible, to think of myself as both?
